This notice explains how this website prepares trial lesson requests for Zoom. Preparing a request does not confirm receipt or book an appointment.

Details requested by the form

The form asks for a name, age group, program, preferred date and time, time zone and optional notes. A parent or guardian should contact us for a minor. Do not include sensitive or health information. We do not request ID numbers or payment details.

When are your details shared?

Reviewing the request prepares a local summary in your browser. Opening WhatsApp includes your details in a link to an external service. Review and send the message yourself inside WhatsApp only if you agree to sharing it this way.

Your lesson and Zoom link

This website does not connect to a Zoom account or automatically create meetings. The academy confirms the appointment through messaging and then shares a meeting link. Participation is also subject to Zoom’s policies and the organizer’s settings. Ask the academy about recording and participants before joining.

Storage, language and tracking

This version has no request database, analytics tools or advertising. It does not store form details in cookies or local storage. Only the language preference is added to the page URL. Your browser may retain autofill information, and the hosting provider may log technical visit data according to its settings.
